Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are redeemable subject to availability.

Vouchers are only redeemable through Lanhydrock Hotel & Golf Club and are not valid for any promotions between Lanhydrock Hotel & Golf Club and third parties.

Vouchers are exchangeable only against services as defined on the voucher, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or out of date vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only the original voucher may be used.

The value of the vouchers includes VAT at the applicable rate. No change or credit can be given for unused portions of any voucher.

Vouchers can only be used once. Any voucher that is attempted to be used more than once will be declared void.
