Fitness Suite Membership provides access to a wealth of fitness expertise and personal training which is available on a one-to-one or small group basis for all Members or Non-Members.

Meet the Team: Jason Timms – Our Personal Trainer
Fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor, Advanced Personal Trainer/Diploma in Personal Training Level 3 at Lanhydrock Hotel and Golf Club. Other qualifications and experience include: 10 years fitness Instruction in the Armed Forces, 7 years as a PT post Military, Kettlebell Training, Medicine Ball Training, Core Stability, Advanced Nutrition for Weight management, Advanced Nutrition for Physical Performance, Ricky Hatton Academy Boxing for Fitness and Fitness Instruction for Adolescents.
Jason, who holds 24 years experience of fitness within the British Army and seven years within the health and fitness industry, is completely dedicated to inspiring you to achieve your own personal health and fitness goals.
Personal Statement: My belief is to deliver individual advice to each client that is specifically tailored to their needs, as differentiation is the most important tool in influencing fitness results. I champion the development of a strong and stable core, as it’s the key to improved free function and sporting excellence. Areas of Expertise: Knowledge in nutrition for weight management and sports performance, experience in post and pre-surgery, regaining fitness and strength and core enhancing exercises so that muscles and joints can perform in their safest, strongest and most effective positions.

After the initial meeting, Jason will help set both long and short-term goals and schedule in personalised PT session to regularly assess progress. An initial course of 10 sessions is advised to achieve the best results, with Jason available for nutritional, motivational and exercise-related advice throughout and in between training sessions.
