Bookings - A deposit of £25.00 is required per person per room when reserving your room together with written/e-mail confirmation.

Arrival and Departure - Rooms are available for arrivals from 2.00PM. Please vacate your room by 10.00AM. The Hotel reserves the right to charge you an additional days stay if you have not left your room by this time.

Occupation - The Hotel room is to be occupied by you and those notified to us on arrival.

Parking - Please park cars in the designated parking areas. Car Parking is free, however the Hotel does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to cars or possessions left therein.

Smoking - The Hotel operates a non-smoking policy inside the Hotel and Clubhouse.

Pets - We regret that pets are not permitted in the Hotel apart from hearing dogs and guide dogs for the blind.

Access - We reserve the right to inspect the Hotel room during your stay and to have access to it in order to carry out any repairs or works that are not safe or practical to postpone until after your departure.

Defects - Please report any defects you find in the Hotel to the Reception as soon as pracicable.

Valuables - The management does not accept responsibility for the loss of jewellery, cash or any other valuables/articles due to any circumstances including fire unless deposited in the hotel safes and a receipt obtained.

Cancellations - Any booking made is personal to you and your party and cannot be transferred. If you have to cancel your booking we will try to re-let the break. If we are successful then your deposit will be forfeited and we shall not look to you for any further payment. If you have to cancel your booking within 48 hours of your arrival date the full balance will be payable. It is therefore in your best interest to insure against this liability. If we have to cancel your break for reasons outside our direct control, then we will notify you as soon as we can and refund the deposit to you, this being the maximum extent of our liability.

Damage & Breakages - You are required to take reasonable care in using the Hotels facilities and its contents. We reserve the right to charge in full for damage and breakages excluding fair wear and tear.

Liability Disclaimer - Except as otherwise specifically stated in the Hotel conditions, we (nor the employee’s) shall be liable for any loss or damage in respect of: a) Any breach of the obligations contained within the conditions and/or B) To the property of you and your party (including motor vehicles) resulting from acts and/or circumstances outside our direct control.
