The Bond families credentials in golf are first rate. Martin and Hermon Bond were the creators of the first Jack Nicklaus signature course in the UK at St Mellion. The venue hosted many European Tour Events with champions included Bernard Langer and Seve Ballesteros.

It was three years ago that directors Graham (Hermon's son) and his wife Clare first opened their ambitious hotel development at Lanhydrock.

Clare poured her creativity into the interior design, considering the personal touches which would help create a hotel experience of a standard which surpassed their guests' expectations.

Much business comes by word-of-mouth which is rewarding for both Graham and Clare who have devoted so much time and energy into the business which employs a full complement of local staff. It also enjoys strong repeat conference business.
